Yes, tickets are transferable at your discretion. You can give your ticket to someone else, but please ensure that the ticket is not used by more than one person.
If an event changes its date or venue, you will need to contact the event organizer to arrange a refund, as we do not automatically process refunds in such cases. Organizers may decide whether or not to offer a refund based on their terms.
At the event, the organizer will scan your ticket's barcode or access code to mark you as attended. Make sure you have your ticket ready either in your email or on your phone.

For Event Organizers
To create an event, visit tixbank.com and register as an event organizer. Once registered, you can list your event for free if it's a free event. For paid events, you'll need to submit your event for approval, which usually takes between 1 to 5 business days.
Yes, all events listed on TixZone Ltd must comply with the laws of the country where the event is being held. We only allow legal events on our platform.
You can offer various types of tickets, such as general admission, VIP, early bird, etc. You can also create different ticket options for different audience types, like child, senior, or group discounts.
Yes, you are free to set your own ticket prices. There are no restrictions on the pricing of tickets, but TixZone Ltd will charge a 5% fee on all ticket sales, plus a 100 Naira service fee per ticket.
Payments will be sent to you a day after the event is completed. If necessary, we can offer a percentage of ticket sales in advance if certain goals are met and the terms are agreed upon. We can also pay via bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, you are responsible for notifying ticket buyers. Refunds for canceled events will be processed automatically by TixZone Ltd. However, if the event is rescheduled, you must handle refund requests with our team. Please notify us and ticket holders at least one week in advance.
Yes, you are responsible for providing check-in staff for your event. If you need assistance, we can discuss an agreement for TixZone Ltd to handle check-ins, but this is an exceptional case.
You'll be given an access code for your event. This code allows you and your staff to scan the ticket barcodes or access codes, marking attendees as present. You can also scan the ticket directly from a phone. Once a ticket is marked as attended, it cannot be undone.
Yes, you can create promotional codes and offer discounts for your event. It's a great way to attract more attendees or reward loyal customers.
As an event organizer, you are responsible for: • Ensuring your event complies with all local laws and regulations • Providing a safe and enjoyable experience for your attendees • Treating ticket buyers fairly, as this can affect your ability to list future events on TixZone Ltd • Handling your event's cancellations, reschedules, and refund requests, except for cancellations that we automatically handle
You can contact us to make any necessary changes to your event listing, but we strongly recommend finalizing your event details before submitting it for approval. Changes that affect ticket sales may require a review by our team.
