Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible in the event of an event cancellation. We do not offer refunds for reasons such as changes to the event lineup, time, or location, or for any personal reasons. Tickets for events that have already occurred or tickets that have already been used are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

If an event is canceled, a refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method. If you need to request a refund for any other reason (such as incorrect purchase), please contact our support team via email or social media. Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time frame.

3. Refund Timeframe

Refunds for canceled events will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Please allow this period for the refund to reflect in your payment account.

4. Non-refundable Tickets

The following tickets are non-refundable:

Tickets that have already been used

Tickets for events that have taken place, regardless of whether the ticket holder attended or not

Tickets for events where the event organizer confirms that at least 70% of ticket holders attended the event (we track attendance as we handle the check-in process at all events hosted on our platform)

4. Handling Disputes Over Refunds

If a ticket holder disputes a refund for an event that was not canceled, TixZone Ltd will assist in mediation between the ticket holder and the event organizer to resolve the matter fairly.
